Portable Pancakes ½ Cup dry old fashioned oats 6 Egg Whites Mix together, let sit for 5 min. Pour in skillet, cook like a pancake. You can top with: all natural peanut butter, cinnamon and splenda, or sugar free syrup! Protein Waffles ½ cup dry Oat bran hot cereal 5 egg Whites ½ scoop of vanilla protein powder ½ cup water Mix well. Spray waffle maker with non stick. Pour in hot waffle maker. Egg Taco 6 egg whites, cooked 1 Don Pancho’s low carb wrap -Toasted on skillet 1 TBS all natural peanut butter 1 TBS Splenda and cinnamon Spread PB on toasted tortilla sprinkle cinnamon and splenda, place cooked egg patty on top again sprinkle with cinnamon and splenda, fold in half! Homemade Granola ½ cup dry old fashioned oats ¼ cup water 1 Tsp vanilla extract 3 packets of splenda Can also add cinnamon Mix well all together. Spray aluminum foil with non stick (pam). Spread evenly and enclose. Bake at 250 degrees for 10 min. Open foil and mix/ stir, re-spread. Bake additional 5-10 min or until desired crunchiness. Tuna-Cakes 1 egg white ¼ cup cottage cheese 1 can flaked light tuna Finely chopped onion and green pepper Salt and pepper Mix all together, pour into hot skillet, cook like pancake.
